Bella Vista Community Church, located in the beautiful Ozarks of NW Arkansas, is seeking a dynamic new Lead Pastor. BVCC is an established evangelical interdenominational church with about 300 members. The right candidate must be able to serve well in an interdenominational congregation that is evangelical in orientation. We are looking for someone who has at least a Master of Divinity, a minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience (preferably as lead), excellent preaching and teaching skills, strong leadership qualities and meets the qualifications listed in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
